In order to curb your appetite and feel satisfied quicker, why not set up a new habit: eat a piece fruit or a light yoghurt 30 minutes before sitting down to lunch or dinner. You'll be less hungry when it comes to mealtime. Watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, apricots and raspberries are among the least calorific fruits. Apples are also great - with less than 50 calories per 100 grammes. You can also prepare a beautiful salad with a little lemon juice! Fat free! Spinach and lettuce are full of vitamin C. Great salad choices! Finally, if you opt for a light yoghurt, a fruit or a salad, enjoy it with a large glass of plain or soda water. If you did all this half an hour before your main meal, it could help you eat less. As a general rule of thumb, try to hydrate yourself very regularly.
